Film week marks 76th anniversary of the Vietnam People’s Army
PANO – The Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism will hold a film week to mark the 76th anniversary of the Vietnam People’s Army (December 22) and welcome the 13th National Party Congress.
The opening ceremony will be held at the National Cinema Center on December 19 and the film week will last till December 25.

Films screened during the week include two feature movies ‘Truyen Thuyet Ve Quan Tien’ (Legend of Quan Tien) and ‘Linh Chien’ (Soldiers) and a cartoon, titled ‘Soi Guong’ (Looking in the mirror).
Three scientific films will also be introduced to the Vietnamese audiences on the occasion, namely ‘Chung Toi La Linh Sinh Vien' (We are student-soldiers), ‘Lu Mien Nui’ (Floods in mountainous region), and ‘Truong Son Noi Ay Khac Ghi’ (Truong Son where memories are remembered).
The Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism assigned its Cinematography Department to coordinate with film studios and centers for film distribution to send films to culture, sports and tourism departments, film distribution centers, and cinemas of cities and provinces to entertain locals.
