The budget airline Jetstar Pacific, on September 10th, sold promotion tickets at VND 32,000 each for new international routes from Ho Chi Minh City to Bangkok (Thailand), and to Siem Reap (Cambodia) for flights from October 31st and November 3rd, respectively.

For comparison, regular tickets cost VND 192,000 for the Ho Chi Minh City-Bangkok route and VND 640,000 for the Ho Chi Minh City-Siem Reap route.

The JetSaver Light tickets apply for passengers with seven-kilogram hand luggage, excluding tax, fees and other charges.

The flights will land at Suvarnabhumi (Bangkok) and Siem Reap International Airports.

Jetstar Pacific has called on its customers on international flights to voluntarily donate VND 30,000 per route to its “Reducing the Greenhouse Effect” programme. The proceeds will be sent to the Vietnamese Environmental Protection Fund.
