443 pictures painted by children nationwide will be showcased in Hanoi from May 27th to June 1st.

This is the first time a painting competition at the national level has been launched in response to the “Children’s Fine Arts Award”.

The pictures were sent from children at kindergartens, primary and secondary schools from 62 provinces and cities throughout Vietnam.

Most of the pictures showed the love for Uncle Ho, for the country, and activities to celebrate the 1000th anniversary of Thang Long – Hanoi.

The organising board of the competition has chosen 84 of the best works to present prizes.
