The meeting was part of a program to inspect and supervise the implementation of resolutions and directives issued by the Party Central Committee.
Under the inspection plan, the delegation reviewed Viettel’s implementation of several key tasks, including the organization and operation of agencies and units following restructuring and streamlining efforts; measures to support an average GDP growth target of more than 10% during the 2026-2030 period under the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress; the implementation of Politburo Resolution No.57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024, on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation, and national digital transformation; and the execution of regulations and guidelines related to the evaluation and classification of Party organizations and Party members.

During the meeting, the Standing Board of Viettel’s Party Committee presented a comprehensive report covering all the issues as the inspection and supervision delegation requested.
In his concluding remarks, Comrade Tran Cam Tu acknowledged and praised Viettel’s achievements in implementing policies, restructuring its organizational system, and maintaining stable and efficient business operations.
Agreeing with Viettel’s development orientations for the coming period, he called on the group to continue strengthening Party building by improving the leadership capacity and combat effectiveness of Party organizations across the corporation while maintaining democratic centralism, discipline, and compliance with Party regulations on personnel work and inspection activities.
Regarding organizational structure and governance, Comrade Tran Cam Tu urged Viettel to continue refining its organizational model to ensure greater efficiency and effectiveness while maintaining smooth and coordinated operations under the two-tier local government model.
On implementing the Party’s strategic resolutions, especially Resolution 57, he said Viettel should further translate these policies into concrete programs and key tasks with clear goals, specific road-maps, and defined responsibilities for each unit.

Comrade Tran Cam Tu also stressed that Viettel should maintain high growth while improving operational quality and efficiency, and continue developing new growth drivers, particularly in digital transformation, digital technology, and digital services.
At the same time, he encouraged Viettel to expand its international presence by increasing overseas investment, broadening markets, diversifying business sectors, and improving efficiency in foreign markets.
He also highlighted the importance of building a highly qualified workforce and developing teams of experts, especially in emerging and strategic technology fields.
