It aims to enhance public awareness of fighting human trafficking, step up the detection, investigation and prosecution of cases, as well as protect and support victims.

The program will also improve legal documents and policies on human trafficking prevention, while increasing cooperation with other countries in implementing international commitments in the field.

It looks to direct and deploy forces to bust more human trafficking rings and strictly punish traffickers.

Diversifying means of communications and education and multiplying effective prevention models in the community are also among the main targets of the program.
