Team 598 of the Quang Binh provincial Military Command collecting remains of fallen soldiers

Accordingly, from December 2 to 8, the mission inspected task implementation of the teams’ members who are searching and collecting remains of Vietnamese volunteer soldiers and advisers in different localities of Sekong, Savannakhet, Khammuane, and Bolikhamsai provinces of Laos.

On realizing the search and collection of fallen soldiers’ remains plan in the 2019-2020 dry season, teams of Thua Thien - Hue, Quang Tri, Quang Binh, and Ha Tinh provincial Military Commands collected information and conducted geographical surveys before deploying their personnel to locations. Despite harsh weather conditions, insufficient information, and treacherous terrains, the teams with high sense of responsibility conducted the mission effectively.

Particularly, in the first two months of the 2019-2020 dry season, the teams collected 27 sets of remains of fallen soldiers.
