The general affirmed that taking care of national contributors is a good tradition of the nation. All officers and soldiers of the Vietnam People’s Army always remember immense sacrifices of those who shed their blood for the national liberation and defense cause.

Over the past time, the whole military has actively engaged in gratitude activities through practical programs. Looking toward the 80th anniversary of the Wounded Soldiers and Martyrs’ Day, the MND is decisively implementing the “500-day campaign to accelerate the search, collection, and identification of martyrs’ remains” nationwide. He described this effort as both a profound responsibility and a sacred tribute from the younger generation.
