Delegates congratulating the club’s advisor council and management board

The club belongs to “Love of Vietnamese soldiers” Club, contributing to gathering war veterans to organize practical activities to uphold tradition while taking care of needy veterans. It also aims to contribute to the cause of national construction and defense.

At the event, the organizing panel handed over two “Dang Thuy Tram’s bookshelves,” worth VND 150 million each, to Thien Than Orphanage School (Thu Duc city) and Ly Thuong Kiet High School (Hoc Mon district) in Ho Chi Minh City. Besides, they also received support to take care of war veterans, including two comrade houses, worth VND 50 million each, and two wheelchairs, among others.

Handing over two Dang Thuy Tram’s bookshelves to schools in Ho Chi Minh City

On the occasion, the organizing panel received war memorabilia of martyr Trinh Ngoc Khiet (born in 1945, sacrificed in 1973 in the Southwestern region) from his relatives, including 42 letters and envelopes, one diary, one wallet, two photos, and two stamps; and a diary book titled “Revolutionary Steps” written by veteran Pham Dinh Truong during the 1968-1972 period in the Southwestern theater.

On the occasion, a book titled “Love of soldiers in Southwestern region” written by many authors was also introduced.
