Military units care for needy students in Binh Phuoc
PANO - On September 23, the Military Broadcasting Center and the Military Region 7 Command, in coordination with several local units, held a program to provide medical examinations and free medicines to over 300 needy students and policy beneficiaries in Thanh Hoa commune, Bu Dang district, Binh Phuoc province.
During the program, medical personnel of the units conducted health check-ups and provided specific guidance on healthcare for the local residents.

The units also awarded a scholarship worth VND 300 million to Dao Thi Phuong Hoai, an 11th-grade student at Tan Tien Secondary and High School in Bu Dang district. Additionally, they distributed gifts to needy students and disadvantaged individuals in the locality.
On the same day, in collaboration with local organizations, the units organized a Mid-Autumn Festival program, giving over 1,000 gifts and 20 scholarships (each valued at VND 1 million) to students facing challenging circumstances in Thanh Hoa commune. The total budget for both programs is over VND 1 billion.
