Visitors with the work of “Ket noi lich su Xuan Mau Than” 

The exhibition showcased arrangement artworks of five groups of young painters, including “Ky uc dem trang Vinh Loc” (Memories of a sleepless night in Vinh Loc), “Khuc hat Mau Than” (A song of Mau Than), “Ket noi lich su Xuan Mau Than” (Historic Connection of Mau Than Spring), “Ban hung ca Mau Than” (The Epic of Mau Than Spring 1968), and “Nu dan cong hoa tuyen” (A female conscripted laborer).

These compositions were created in honor and tribute to the sacrifice of the Vietnamese troops and people, especially commandos, during the Mau Than Offensive (or Tet Offensive) in Spring 1968.

The exhibition of art arrangements, a mixture of drawing, graphic, photography, cinema and sculpture, was firsly held in the city. The work of “Ket noi lich su Xuan Mau Than” by a group of students from Van Lang University won the first prize of the exhibition.
