Eight sets of remains of martyrs reburied
PANO – Team K92 of the Kien Giang provincial Military Command on March 31 collected and reburied eight sets of remains of martyrs who sacrificed their lives during the Resistance War against the U.S. invaders in Hon Heo hamlet, Duong Hoa commune, Kien Luong district.

After receiving the information, the Kien Giang provincial Military Command mobilized Team K92 to the scene to collect the remains of the martyrs. Reportedly, they are martyrs of Battalion 6 of Regiment 46 of Division 1 during the Resistance War against the U.S. invaders from July to November, 1972.
Accordingly, after a day of search, team K92 searched and collected eight sets of martyrs’ remains with their belongings.
Since the beginning of the year, Team K92 has collected 17 sets of remains of martyrs in Cambodia and 19 others in Vietnam. The activity contributes to better performing the gratitude policy of the Party and State for national contributors.
