The signing ceremony between the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women’s Union and the Vietnam Border Guard Command |
Both parties agreed to promote pro-activeness, creativity, and effectiveness in communication and mobilization work, adhering to the guiding principle of “Unity – Creativity – Substance – Sustainability – Development” in implementing the program during the 2026-2030 period.
The “Accompanying border women” program has been implemented over the past eight years. It has affirmed that women are not only the keepers of family happiness, but also a vital force in socio-economic development, sustainable poverty reduction, and the protection of national sovereignty and border security. Supporting women in border areas has contributed to building a strong “people’s heart posture” along the nation’s frontiers.
