Border guard youths take the lead on the frontlines

From caring for local communities to safeguarding every sacred inch of national territory, these simple yet meaningful actions are carried out with a strong sense of responsibility and genuine dedication by officers and soldiers of the Vietnam Border Guard. Through practical activities, the image of border guard troops standing close to the people and serving the people continues to shine, helping to strengthen public trust and firmly protect national sovereignty and border security.

The Nghe An Provincial Border Guard Command’s Ngoc Lam Border Post, in coordination with Youth Union chapters of Son Lam and Hanh Lam communes and Prison No.6 (Nghe An province), organizes a journey to border markers in Vietnam’s border areas.

Youth Union members of the Border Guard in An Giang province, in coordination with young people from Kien Hai Special Zone, disseminate legal knowledge and present national flags to local fishermen.

The Youth Union Organization of the Border Post of Thanh Thuy International Border Gate under the Tuyen Quang Provincial Border Guard Command, together with the Youth Union Organization of Lao Chai commune, organizes joint patrols to protect the border, contributing to education about traditions and raising awareness and responsibility among youths in safeguarding national border sovereignty.

Military medical personnel of the Border Guard of Can Tho City provide free medical examinations, treatment, and medicines to people in border areas during the Youth Month and the “March in border areas” program.
