It was a meaningful activity to mark the 15th anniversary of the village-to-village twinning program between the two localities, contributing to sharing difficulties with border people and tightening the Vietnam-Laos special friendship and solidarity.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Ho Van Thanh, Deputy Head of Village Cluster No.III in Sa Mouay district, Laos’ Salavan province held that the two villages have close relationship  and always support each others. Since the signing of the village-to-village twinning program, the sentiment of the two villages’ people has been comprehensively enhanced, he said.

He pledged to continue collaborating with relevant agencies of the two sides to contribute to building a borderline of peace, stability, cooperation and development.
