Economic-Defense Unit 337 provides free medicines for Quang Tri people
PANO - On July 5, Economic-Defense Unit 337 under Military Region 4 and the party committee, authorities, and medical station of Huong Linh commune, Huong Hoa district, Quang Tri province provided free health check-ups and counselling for nearly 400 local people.

Apart from giving health examination, and diagnosis, doctors, nurses, and young intellectuals of Economic-Defense Unit 337 offered Huong Linh commune’s people medicines worth over VND 100 million.
During the one-day event, the organizers and local medical force raised the public’s awareness of individual sanitation, disease prevention and control, healthy diet and drinking habits, and environmental protection.
The activity was part of the unit’s volunteer youth campaign in summer 2022 and among the activities to take care of and protect people's health. Such an activity helps strengthen the solidarity and cohesion between the military and local party committee, authorities and people.
