According to him, the young girl has been trusted to teach languages and customs of the Pa Ko, Ta Oi, and Co Tu ethnic minority people to the unit’s officers and employees. Although she lacks extensive teaching experience, with good preparation, she had high quality lessons.

During the implementation of the “Officers and soldiers pave the way to school for children” program, Thao has personally comes to her unit’s adopted students' house to teach and encourage them to study. Thanks to the efforts, the students’ academic performance has significantly improved.

As the Vice President of the Women’s Union Organization of Defense-Economic  Unit 92, Le Thi Phuong Thao has been active in activities and pro-actively made recommendation to her unit to carry out various programs in support to troops, local people and students.

With youthful enthusiasm, she continued to volunteer to stay for the second term (2024-2026) to continue supporting the people and children in difficult circumstances, and further developing herself.
