Military hospital saves traffic accident victim
PANO – Military Hospital 175 under the Ministry of National Defense has successfully saved a patient with multiple injuries after a traffic accident.
On June 18, 24-year-old Dao Ngoc Huy from Hiep Thanh ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City, had a traffic accident. The patient was immediately admitted to Military Hospital 175 as he was experiencing multiple injuries.

At the medical facility, he was diagnosed with one type of severe rectal bleeding. However, because of his health condition, the doctors had to call off an emergency surgery.
Then, they associated with their partners in the city-based Cho Ray Hospital to successfully perform a hemostasis on him and at the same time fixed the patient’s hipbone.
“He experienced complicated injuries so that the hospital’s medical personnel tried their best to successfully save the patient,” said Senior Colonel Tran Le Dong, Deputy Head of Military Hospital 175.
