In his remarks, Senior Colonel Vu Quoc An affirmed that with the motto “Border post is home; border is homeland; and ethnic minority people are brothers,” the program contributes to showing the sentiment and responsibility of the border guard force toward people in border areas and on islands.
He required border functional agencies to closely collaborate with central and local press agencies to promote dissemination about the program, contributing to spreading the meaningful activities for ethnic people with difficult conditions; tightening the military-civilian solidarity; maintaining the people's heart posture; as well as beautifying the image of the border guards in particular and the Uncle Ho's soldiers in general in the hearts of people.
