Tribute paid to Heroic Vietnamese Mothers and former female soldiers

The event was attended by Deputy Chief of the General Department of Political Affairs Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh, leaders of Military Region 7 and Ho Chi Minh City, and more than 250 delegates.

At the meeting, the delegates expressed their deep gratitude for the great contribution and sacrifices made by the Heroic Vietnamese Mothers, female Heroes of the People's Armed Forces, female wounded soldiers, former female POWs, and female members of the Saigon special force during the resistance war for the South liberation and national reunification.

Delegates recalled their memories and stories about their heroic combat in the resistance war as well as their active contribution to the Fatherland construction and defense during the renewal period.
