“Great solidarity” houses handed over to needy households

Over the past two months, the troops have closely worked together to complete the construction of five “great solidarity” houses. Each house covers an area of 52 square meters, with a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a restroom. The total cost of the construction is about VND 130 million per house.

Speaking at the ceremony, Senior Colonel Dinh Van Hung, Deputy Political Commissar of the Khanh Hoa provincial Military Command, underlined that building houses for needy families is a meaningful activity, contributing to effectively implementing policies of the military for the people and helping them to stabilize their life, thereby making active contribution to the military’s movement of building new-style rural areas and boosting the locality’s development.
