Vietnamese Ambassador to Australia Nguyen Tat Thanh informed Gen. Cuong and the high-ranking Vietnamese military delegation about the Vietnam - Australia relations. He stressed that the two countries’ strategic partnership has constantly developed across all spheres. He highlighted the comprehensive development of the bilateral defense cooperation especially since the two sides signed the joint vision statement on enhancing Vietnam - Australia defense ties in 2018.

For his part, Gen.
