Defense Trade Union Board takes care of disadvantaged members

Since the beginning of the year, X20 Thanh Hoa Co., Ltd. has maintained stable income for its workers, with an average monthly income of over VND 11.2 million per person, a 12% increase compared to the same period last year. Meanwhile, catering service has continued to meet quantity, quality, and food safety standards, and welfare policies have been implemented in accordance with the signed agreement.

In addition, the company’s union has carried out various practical activities to support employees. Notably, during the lunar New Year holiday, it provided nearly VND 40 million for disadvantaged members, held a year-end party, worth over VND 60 million, and gave free health check-ups for 225 Trade Union members and employees.

It has also actively made recommendations to launch an emulation drive to boost production and ensure product quality and timely delivery.

In response to the action month on occupational safety and hygiene and the Workers’ Month in 2025, the union has collaborated with relevant units to organize various activities for union members and workers.

On this occasion, the Defense Trade Union Board presented gifts to the union and 20 needy staff. In addition, the General Department of Logistics - Technical Services handed over ten gifts, while X20 Joint Stock Company granted 30 more to needy workers.
