The construction of the house cost over VND 3 billion, funded by the Ministry of National Defense (MND). It is one of the four communal houses in Gia Lai province receiving financial support from the MND for the construction in 2024.

Attentively, troops of Company 74 under Corps 15 contributed hundreds of working days to the construction of the house and participated in cleaning up, planting trees, decorating the surrounding of the house, creating a green, clean and beautiful environment.
Speaking at the ceremony, Senior Colonel Khuat Ba Cao, Second-in-command of Corps 15, affirmed that the communal house was a meaningful gift from the MND and Corps 15 to the authorities and people of Gia Lai province on the occasion of the 80th founding anniversary of the Vietnam People’s Army and the 35th anniversary of the Whole-people Defense Festive Day, towards the 40th founding anniversary of the corps.

In the coming time, he required Company 74 to closely coordinate with local departments, organizations, and agencies to manage, protect, and preserve the project; organize various cultural activities; and promote information dissemination and encourage people, particularly ethnic minority people, to strictly observe the Party’s policies and guidelines, the State’s laws and the locality’s regulations, and more.
On the occasion, Gen. Luong presented gifts to village elderly, village patriarchs and people in Ia Chia commune. Gia Lai province, Ia Grai district and Corps 15 offered gifts to the authorities and people of Ia Chia commune.
