The program has contributed to improving the quality of livese of fishermen, promoting socio-economic development, raising people’s awareness of legal policies of international conventions on seas and islands, and educating people about their homeland.

In 2020, the program was implemented in Tan Hiep island district, Quang Nam province, with many practical activities. These activities demonstrate the care of the Coast Guard Region 2 Command and its commitment to further support fishermen in the future.
