The students receive blankets at the program.

It is an annual program of the mass organizations of Coast Guard Region 2 during the lunar New Year (Tet) holidays in response to the “whole-country joins hands for the needy” program and other movements launched by the General Department of Political Affairs of the Vietnam People’s Army and the Vietnam Women’s Union Central Committee.

During the program, the organizers presented 150 clothes, 150 sandals, 20 blankets, and numerous school supplies to local students, and handed over old clothes to Co Tu and Gie Trieng ethnic minority people.

The program is scheduled to be held in three phases from now to the Tet Fesvival.
