Border guards upgrade house of martyr’s family
PANO – The Nghe An provincial Border Guard Command and relevant organizations started building a home for the family of heroic martyr Nguyen Canh Dan in Thanh Xuan commune, Thanh Chuong district, Nghe An province, on December 8.
The building costs VND 60 million, which has been raised by troops of the command and supported by donators.

In addition, the command and local authorities will also contribute labor to building the house, which is expected to be handed over to the family before the coming 2019 Lunar New Year festival.
Martyr Nguyen Canh Dan was an officer at the Nam Can border post of the Nghe An provincial Border Guard Command. He sacrificed his life when combating crimes in December 1998. His mother is now living in a downgraded house.
