The fund of the Quang Ngai VFF Committee has so far received more than VND 1 billion from 95 agencies, organizations, and enterprises, and localities.

After the ceremony, the Quang Ngai VFF Committee will transfer all the money to the Standing Board of the VFF Central Committee.

Speaking at the ceremony, President of the Quang Ngai VFF Committee stressed that the fund shows the spirit of great unity among officials, laborers, and people in the province in protecting the national sovereignty over seas and islands. The construction of the Vietnam’s ethnic groups great unity house is expected to practically meet the requirements for cultural activities, improve the spiritual life of both troops and islanders, support fishermen in urgent situations, and celebrate congresses of VFF committees at all levels and the ninth national congress of the VFF for the 2019-2024 term, he added.
