Vietnam Border Guard Command and VNU cooperate in science and technology
PANO – The Vietnam Border Guard Command and the Vietnam National University (VNU) in Hanoi, on March 24, signed a cooperation program to foster the development of scientific research and technology transfer in the 2021-2025 period.
During the working session, the two sides agreed to promote cooperation in building training programs for the border guard force in various fields, such as information technology, foreign languages, culture and history, religions, non-traditional security, and social activities, to meet the task requirements of the Vietnam Border Guard Command in the new context.
The cooperation is seen as a way to enhance border troops’ capacity, easily applying science and technology to their assigned missions, contributing to cultural and socio-economic development, and to the maintain defense and security in border areas, and on islands.
