Emphasizing the requirements of task of military building, he urged the recruits to understand their tasks thoroughly, actively study, and complete the training program. He also called on the regiment's Party Committee and Chain-of-command to implement comprehensive measures, continuously motivate soldiers, build scientific plans with a focus on physical training and mastering the use of weapons and equipment.

* On the same day, speaking at the swearing-in ceremony for recruits of Division 375 of the Air Defense - Air Force Service, Deputy Defense Minister Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh expressed his pleasure at the recruits' advancement in skills and knowledge. He thanked the local leaders and the servicemen's families for their cooperation and assistance to Division 375 during its missions. He hoped that in the future, the recruits would understand their honor and responsibilities more deeply, and strive to overcome difficulties to accomplish all assigned tasks.

* Brigade 45 of the Artillery Corps held its swearing-in ceremony for recruits with the participation of Deputy Defense Minister Senior Lieutenant General Pham Hoai Nam. In 2024, Brigade 45 has successfully completed its recruit training mission, ensuring absolute safety in all aspects.

In his speech, Senior Lieutenant General Pham Hoai Nam praised the unit for its innovative approaches in education, training, and management of recruits. He highlighted the unit's pro-active efforts in preparing for all aspects of training, emphasizing the role of officers at all levels in closely supervising, motivating, and assisting recruits from their first days of enlistment. The training process has effectively combined theory with practice, and techniques with tactics, progressing from basic to advanced levels, resulting in significant improvements of training outcomes. This has formed a solid foundation for the brigade's officers and soldiers to continue excelling in training, being ready for any missions, and building a comprehensively strong unit.

* At the swearing-in ceremony for recruits of Regiment 8, Division 395, Military Region 3, Senior Lieutenant General Huynh Chien Thang, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the VPA, praised the unit's achievements in recruit training in 2024. He called on the regiment's Party Committee and Chain-of-command to effectively implement the directives, resolutions, and orders regarding training and combat readiness, regularly enhance political awareness and morale among officers and soldiers, and effectively execute the unit's missions.

* Senior Lieutenant General Phung Si Tan, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the VPA, commended Division 7, Army Corps 4, for successfully completing the recruit training mission. He advised the division to continue thoroughly implementing directives and resolutions on improving training quality, closely combining training with military discipline management, and building a comprehensively strong unit. The division's leadership should review and learn from real situations to further enhance training quality.

* Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the VPA, urged the recruits of Commando Brigade 113 of the Commando Corps to deeply understand their honor and responsibilities, strive to overcome difficulties, and be ready to accept and complete any tasks. He encouraged each recruit to diligently perform their duties in their new units, actively improve their technical, tactical, and professional skills, and master the use of various weapons and equipment.

* On June 4, speaking at the swearing-in ceremony for new recruits of Brigade 147, Naval Region 1 of the Naval Service, Lieutenant General Nguyen Trong Binh, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the VPA, acknowledged the efforts and determination of the unit's officers and soldiers. He commended the brigade's Party Committee and Chain-of-command for their effective education and management of the troops, thorough training preparations, and comprehensive execution of the training program.
