Over the past years, this division of the army has paid attention to instructing its affiliated units to carry out the task of law education and dissemination. Its troops' improved legal understanding has contributed to fulfilling assigned political tasks and building strong units.

In order to meet the demand for tasks in the new context and heighten the effectiveness of law education and dissemination, the general asked the Tank-Armor Arm to thoroughly grasp and be aware of the role, significance and importance of law education and dissemination, continuously carry out the assigned tasks, promote troops’ political stance, combat readiness and training quality, and minimize the number of military regulation violations and traffic accidents.
