PANO – More than VND 6 billion was raised by localities and companies in Dac Lac Province to help border guard soldiers upgrade their facilities.

Border guard soldiers in the province had previously taken part in various social activities to help people improve living conditions.

400 local people studied in classes offered by the soldiers. In addition, the soldiers also raised VND 580 million to support victims of natural disasters.
