A view of the “Determined-to-Win” Emulation Congress

He asked for the embracement of higher levels’ guidelines and policies on emulation and commendation; and direction over the education to improve troops’ awareness of emulation, proposals on improving quality of training, combat readiness, regularity building and discipline observance, and enhancement in military administrative reform and digital transformation in the whole armed forces.

Other missions that they should concentrate on include building typically-strong party committees, strong units, effectively doing mass mobilization work, assisting locals in poverty reduction and hunger elimination, disaster and disease prevention, and search and rescue, and building plans and programs to achieve emulation and reward goals in the next five years.
