As for Viettel, in 2016-2017, the group had 49,400 scientific initiatives, proposals and projects registered and applied to work, benefiting the group VND 4,293 billion. For that, 325 teams and 7,826 individuals were commended at all levels. Thirty two among 76 projects of the group sent to the military Youth Creativity Awards Council were honored (eight first, seven second, five third, and 12 consolation prizes). The military youth creativity movement has seen active participation by officials, employees, and youths of the group over the past time, contributing to better fulfilling assignments and enhancing the combat readiness capabilities of troops in the whole military.
At Central Military Hospital 108, the research movement among youths has resulted in significant achievements, marking a new stage of professional development among the unit’s officials and youths. Since 2015, there have been 75 scientific projects, including many important and practical ones, undertaken by the hospital’s youths. The youth creativity movement at the hospital serves as the premise for its youths to effectively participate in the military Youth Creativity Awards. As a result, nine medical techniques of 27 co-authors won the awards in 2017.
At the working sessions, the two units also made some proposals, including commendation and encouragement policies for award-winners, with an aim to improve the quality of this youth creativity movement.
