The unit should focus on building a strong organization in terms of politics and ideology, contributing to building a clean and strong Party organization. Meanwhile, the unit should raise the quality and efficiency of women activities in the stationed areas, as well as step up cooperation in mass mobilization to consolidate defense - security, promote socio-economic and cultural development, and tighten the military-civilian ties.

Also, leaders at all levels should create favorable conditions for military women to improve their capabilities and pay more attention to taking care of female military officers and their families.
