Following the Government instructions, the military is currently managing 47 concentrated quarantine zones for 4,794 citizens.
Military units have served 82,655 people at quarantine zones so far, and of them 77,861 citizens have completed their quarantine periods.
At quarantine zones, troops strictly exercise COVID-19 prevention and control regulations on one hand, and they wholeheartedly take care of the quarantined people on the other hand.
Particularly, they sought to offer more facilities to the quarantined people in response to recent heat waves across the nation, while providing regular health check-ups for them to prevent the virus from spreading in the zones as well as in the community.
