PANO - The Military Science Academy on November 19th held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a compound for international students.

The compound consists of two buildings and other facilities. Accoridngly, the seven-story barracks, the 4-story main hall, and the lecture hall will be erected on an area of 6,834sq.m. The dormitory, the common room, and lecture halls will be fully-furnished and modern teaching and learning equipment will be installed. The VND 84 billion project is expected to be wrapped after 10 months of construction.

Groundbreaking ceremony

In the academic year of 2013-2014, the academy provided courses of Vietnamese Studies, Practical Vietnamese, and Advanced Vietnamese Language for international military students from 14 countries, namely India, Cambodia, the Republic of Korea, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Mongolia, Russia, Australia, the Philippines, Thailand, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, and China. When operational, the new compound will provide better living and learning conditions for international military students in Vietnam.
