Military schools learn more about exercise organization for cadets
PANO – The General Staff on March 28 launched a training course on the organization and methods of conducting drills for cadets of military schools under the chair of its Deputy Chief Lieutenant General Ngo Minh Tien.
Present at the event were also Lieutenant General Do Viet Toan, Rector of the Army Officer Candidate School No.1, and Major General Nguyen Dinh Dan, Deputy Director of the General Staff’s Department of Military School Management.
In his speech, General Tien underlined that the course aims to improve the staff and training work for officers and and instructors from military schools, which will serve as a basis for them to apply in the process of organizing and administering drills in military schools to meet the requirements in education and training in the new situation.

He also urged the course’s instructors to promote their responsibility and apply creative training methods to contribute to the success of the course.
The participants were requested to proactively follow the course’s contents and discuss with instructors to understand contents clearly, contributing to fulfilling the course as scheduled.
Meanwhile, the course’s organizing panel should strictly observe regulations and ensure absolute safety for people and equipment during training.
Reportedly, during the course, the trainees will be equipped with a number of contents such as the basic theoretical issues of drills; synchronized contents and methods of drafting a number of documents on tactical maneuvers with live fire; contents and methods of planning and organizing Party and political work, of drafting plans to ensure logistic and technical support in tactical maneuvers, to name but a few.
The training course is expected to last until April 1.
