Working at the hospital since 2015, Major Pham Van Cong, doctor from the Department of Surgery Resuscitation under the Discipline-Center for Emergency Resuscitation and Poison Control in Military Hospital 103 has received letters from patients and their parents, sending sincere thanks for his help. Cong’s considerable efforts have been acknowledged by his unit’s leaders and he has been honored with many certificates of merit.

In addition to good working conditions, the hospital has also encouraged and motivated its staff during their task implementation. “Furthermore, having been trained in the military environment before, my comrades always promote high determination and responsibility in the workplace. They set good examples for me to follow and fulfill assigned missions,” said Major Cong.
Working in the Discipline-Center of Oncology, as a doctor, teacher and scientific researcher, Major Ho Viet Hoanh is always loved by patients, students and his leaders. He is tasked with taking care of patients with cancers. He has successfully treated many difficult cases. Meanwhile, he has also wholeheartedly instructed cadets of the Military Medical University, and conducted many national-level projects, among others. “Witnessing patients with cancer suffering from pains, I am determined to take good care of them. Especially, as a soldier, I also try to be good at all tasks,” said Major Hoanh.

Thanks to the efforts of individuals and collectives, in the 2019-2024 period, the hospital’s treatment work has seen a number of advancements. It has effectively implemented the “Determined-to-win” emulation drive in task performance, while its staff have always raised responsibility during their treatment for patients. Besides, regarding the training and education tasks, the unit has also well carried out assigned missions and built the high-quality personnel serving the military and State, to name but a few.
Deputy Director of Military Hospital 103 Senior Colonel Tran Tan Cuong noted that according to resolutions, solutions, and directives of higher levels, annually, the hospital sets plans in line with their assigned missions. Therefore, the emulation and commendation work and “Determined-to-win” emulation movement well focus on encouraging individuals and collectives to overcome difficulties so as to accomplish all assigned tasks, and raise quality in all fields.
