GS chief inspects Army Corps 3
PANO - A delegation of the Ministry of National Defense, led by Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Tan Cuong, Chief of the General Staff (GS) of the Vietnam People’s Army and Deputy Defense Minister, inspected the preparation work for the upcoming exercise of Army Corps 3, on November 14.
With high responsibility, over the past time, the unit has focused on ensuring logistics supplies and technical services for the exercise, and taken care of troops’ health so as to be ready to perform the exercise with good results.

During the inspection, Gen. Cuong hailed the unit’s great efforts over the past time, while pointing out limitations for the unit to better prepare for the exercise. Accordingly, the unit should double check logistics and technical work, review document system and operation scenarios in line with reality, and apply what they have learnt to reality.

In addition, the Army Corps 3 should closely work with relevant units and local authorities to ensure the success of the exercise with absolute safety.
As scheduled, in the same day, the delegation inspected the preparation work for similar exercises in other units.
