General Department of Technical Services boosts Dien Bien Phu Victory dissemination

Political Commissar of the General Department of Technical Services Lieutenant General Tran Duy Hung chaired the event.

During the conference, delegates were briefed upon the Dien Bien Phu Victory in 1954 and historical values towards the cause of national construction and protection.

The conference aimed to disseminate the information about the meaning and historical values of the Dien Bien Phu Victory, affirming the sound leadership of the Party and President Ho Chi Minh, as well as the great national solidarity - a decisive factor to the success of the national resistance war against French colonialists. It also contributed to arousing and promoting patriotism tradition and revolutionary heroism; thereby encouraging troops and laborers in the unit to overcome difficulties to fulfill political tasks in 2024.

The conference is held via online and offline forms.

After the conference, the unit’s leaders requested affiliated units to boost dissemination work for troops to raise their awareness of the importance of the Dien Bien Phu Victory; affirm the bravery and creativeness of the troops and people, and the sound political, military and diplomatic policies of the Party and President Ho Chi Minh; highlight the remarkable contribution of war martyrs and wounded soldiers, as well as the people during the national resistance war against French invaders, among others.
