Accordingly, the center closely followed the activities of the Party, State, and military leaders, ensuring accurate dissemination and media coverage in accordance with the guidelines of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Information and Education and the GDP. At the same time, it has maintained close coordination with military units to comprehensively report on combat readiness training, as well as efforts to assist people in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters.

Apart from its regular political tasks, the center also focused on extensive media coverage of major political, economic, cultural, and social events nationwide, while continuously striving to build a comprehensive and strong unit.

Having heard the unit’s report and feedback from delegates, General To highly valued the center’s task performance over the past year.

Looking ahead to 2025, a year marked by significant political events of the country and military, the center will be assigned heavier and more urgent responsibilities. With the growing dominance of social media, increased media competition, and rising audience demands, the challenges in journalism will become even greater. Thus, the GDP's deputy chief outlined key directions for the center, such as strictly implementing higher-level directives and resolutions, ensuring comprehensive improvements across all areas; providing in-depth coverage of major national and military events, including political, economic, cultural, and social affairs, defense-security activities, foreign relations, and military involvement in disaster relief, fire prevention, search and rescue, and socio-economic development programs to support poverty reduction and new rural construction.

Meanwhile, the center should pro-actively develop and execute media strategies for the Party congresses at all levels and major national anniversaries; actively participate in national journalism awards and strive for excellence in reporting; strengthen coordination and cooperation with military units, local authorities, and agencies to ensure comprehensive, in-depth, and nationwide coverage of military and defense affairs.
