As Cambodia and Vietnam are neighbors with traditional solidarity and mutual support, Gen. Veng Sokheng emphasized that the military and people of Cambodia never forget the support of their counterparts from Vietnam in the past national liberation, helping Cambodia escape from the Pol Pot genocidal regiment, and in current national construction and development. He said the visit would help boost the friendship between the two militaries.
