An overview of the working session between Senior Lieutenant General Truong Thien To and the Chemical Officer Candidate School under the Chemical Corps |
Priority should be given to building a contingent of social sciences and humanities lecturers who truly serve as a core force on the ideological front. Teaching must be closely linked with scientific research, practical reviews, and ideological struggle. Methods of testing and evaluation should be reformed toward substantive and comprehensive assessment tied to learning outcomes, resolutely overcoming formalism and the pursuit of achievements. At the same time, it is necessary to build a healthy, humane, and combat-ready pedagogical cultural environment.
