At the event, General Minh presented the order to Unit 871. He warmly congratulated the unit and praised the outstanding achievements obtained by generations of the unit's officers, soldiers, personnel, and cadets over the past 55 years.

General Minh emphasized that amidst increasingly demanding tasks of safeguarding the Fatherland and building a revolutionary, regular, elite, and modern Vietnam People's Army (VPA), Unit 871 should continue to uphold its proud traditions, strengthen unity, foster innovation and creativity, and further improve the quality of its task performance.
He stressed that the unit should continue to affirm its pivotal role in providing Vietnamese-language training for international military trainees, delivering foreign-language training for officers in the whole military, and carrying out defense external affairs.

In addition, General Minh directed the unit to continue effectively implementing higher-level resolutions and directives; further innovate and improve the quality of education and training; build a contingent of officers and instructors with firm political stance and professional expertise; and accelerate the application of science, technology, and digital transformation in management, administration, and teaching. These efforts, he said, would contribute to developing a high-quality human resource capable of meeting the requirements of military building in the new situation.
