To promote these successes, he asked the factory’s Party Committee, Command, officers and workers to continue their efforts to maintain an annual growth rate of over 15% in the period 2018-20, and to become a leading hi-tech rubber producer by 2030 as articulated in its development plan for 2020 and its vision towards 2030.

The factory was also requested to unceasingly increase its production capacity, invest reasonably in research and development for new and special products, particularly products of Project VN01, while actively producing commercial products, contributing to boosting the national economy and increasing its workers’ incomes.

The leadership of the factory should augment the efficiency and effectiveness of the business and production management, and pay special attention to human resources developments and technological innovations while taking good care of the cultural and material lives of all officers and workers.
