Exhibition on MR9’s gratitude activities launched
PANO - The Political Department of Military Region 9 opened an exhibition themed “When drinking water, remember its source” on July 19 in Can Tho city.

On display were more than 300 photos, historical documents, and other exhibits featuring the resistance wars against the French colonialists and the U.S. imperialists, the struggle to protect the national southwestern border, and the performance of international duties in Cambodia.
The exhibition aimed to raise troops’ and people’s awareness of the great care of President Ho Chi Minh, the Party, the State, and the society for wounded and sick soldiers, and national contributors.

Through the exhibition, the organizing panel hoped to heighten their responsibilities in gratitude activities, promote patriotism and revolutionary spirit for the young generation and encourage them to live up to the great sacrifices of their former generations.
The exhibition will run until August 20.
