The exercise also served as a practical foundation for the Chemical Corps Command and key units of the ministries, departments, provinces, and centrally-governed cities to further develop coordination mechanisms in preventing and countering the proliferation of mass destruction weapons.

This ensures their combat readiness for, response to, and addressing the consequences of radioactive incidents, contributing to affirming Vietnam's commitment to fully implementing resolutions of the U.N. Security Council and international treaties on disarmament and the prevention of mass destruction weapons, of which Vietnam is a member country.
