According to reports at the working session, Factory X52 has, over the past years, received investment from the Ministry of National Defense and the Naval Service in upgrading its infrastructure and repair technology systems. These facilities have been effectively put into operation, serving the production and repair of naval ships. The factory has coordinated with relevant agencies and units to repair military vessels, weapons, and technical equipment as assigned, ensuring progress, quality, and efficiency.

In addition, the factory has carried out technical training, foreign language courses, and the compilation and translation of professional documents; organized competitions and technical training events; and built itself into a model unit for the application of information technology in management and technical operations. It has also enhanced the efficiency of its quality management system in accordance with regulations.

After inspecting the facilities, Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh praised the factory’s production results. He requested the unit to strictly comply with technical procedures in repairing equipment, effectively utilize newly-invested machinery, and continue to organize specialized technical training to improve professional qualifications and skills for its personnel.

He also emphasized the importance of training in IT, technical foreign languages, labor safety, and fire and explosion prevention, as well as training in damage control on ships to ensure successful acceptance tests after repair. Furthermore, the Deputy Minister urged the factory to pay attention to ensure policies for its personnel, promptly encourage and reward staff, and maintain close coordination with relevant agencies and units to successfully accomplish all assigned missions.
