Deputy Defense Minister checks military factory

Factory Z127 has been tasked to produce and sell products for the army’s defense manufacturing. Besides, the factory also produces machinery for the cement, power, transportation and mechanical sectors.

Director of the factory, Senior Colonel Bui Van Tuyen held that this year, they signed a number of agreements to export products to Denmark, Japan and Laos. In the first eight months of 2017, their turnover reached over VND 290 billion, making up 86 per cent of this year’s scheduled production. In addition, the factory also attaches much importance to applying advanced technologies and initiatives into their production for more new products.

General Truong highly valued the factory’s staff in overcoming difficulties to successfully augment production along with implementing political tasks. He also requested them to continue to learn more about market economic mechanisms, raise competitiveness for their products, invest in modern production lines, and improve competence and living standards of employees and staff.
