Defense Minister requests Army Corps 11 to ensure task performance
PANO - Defense Minister Phan Van Giang extended lunar New Year (Tet) greetings to troops of Army Corps 11 on January 20 while attending a ceremony at a construction site of the Vietnam Military History Museum in Nam Tu Liem district, Hanoi.
General Phan Van Giang hailed and congratulated the unit on its achievements over the past time, especially in 2022.

The defense minister also expressed his delight at the unit’s great efforts in overcoming difficulties to ensure jobs and income for its employees, with the average annual income of employees reaching VND 12.4 million per month, becoming one of the reputable enterprises in construction investment.
Especially, the corps successfully accomplished its task as a general contractor for the construction of the National Assembly building of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic. The construction was donated by the Vietnamese party, state and people to the Lao counterparts.

He also requested the unit’s troops and laborers to continue to strictly implement all resolutions, soon back to work and do their best to fulfill all assigned missions in this year.

Meanwhile, the unit’s chain-of-command should attach much importance to personnel work, promote investment and boost the application of science and technology, modern production techniques, so as to ensure construction progress.
Regarding the construction of the Vietnam Military History Museum, General Phan Van Giang underscored that it plays a significant role, thereby, the unit should promote its responsibility to ensure efficiency, progress, and quality of the project with absolute safety.

He also asked the defense minister’s affiliated units to create favorable conditions for Army Corps 11 to complete their tasks.
On the occasion, an emulation drive was launched to encourage the corps’ troops to best perform all assigned missions in 2023.
